Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5+ year impact potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-first solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
