Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business growth
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading academic and industry labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in high-growth environments
