Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Professional certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services
