Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year tech roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, AI)
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities in Web3 and biotech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into corporate strategy
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic visions to investors and key stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
