Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for emerging tech R&D
- Oversee migration to quantum-resistant cryptography and carbon-neutral data centers
- Develop predictive models for tech adoption using proprietary simulation platforms
- Chair quarterly Future Tech Council sessions with industry luminaries
- Drive innovation pipeline through startup acquisitions and in-house incubation
- Present to C-suite and Board on tech ROI and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with published research in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Global speaking experience at Web Summit, CES, or equivalent forums
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and Tech Ethical Auditing
