Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and client needs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-facing solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research
- Drive innovation through hackathons and startup partnerships
- Author thought leadership pieces on tech disruption and future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling tech solutions in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
