Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ commercial potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical automation
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation strategies
- Drive innovation through our internal incubator program for moonshot projects
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java/C++)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
