Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption through 2026
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and roadmap development
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
