Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Analyze global tech disruption patterns to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders for innovation scouting
- Oversee R&D pipeline prioritization and resource allocation for future-focused projects
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
