Responsibilities
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech sectors
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize innovation investments and allocate R&D resources
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and execute pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Certifications in technology foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
