Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends in quantum, AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-focused solutions
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive threats through 2030
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects for next-generation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
