Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ at director level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ tech initiatives
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Fluency in Python and strategic modeling tools (e.g., AnyLogic)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
