Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure impact on innovation velocity and market positioning
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (blockchain, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
