Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch next-gen solutions with 3-year market impact
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG goals and sustainable growth
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year planning cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
