Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on emerging paradigms like quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive technology adoption
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biodegradable electronics
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goal tech alignment
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like STEEP or Horizon Scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact projections
