Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Drive adoption of next-gen tools across R&D and production
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Tech Innovation/Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight journals
- Experience scaling agile innovation teams in Fortune 500 settings
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
