Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, metaverse integration, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies with global impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging threats/opportunities
- Architect scalable solutions that bridge current capabilities and 2030 technological requirements
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market positioning
- Drive innovation through rapid experimentation and data-driven decision frameworks
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, Web3, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to global deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
