Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
- Author thought leadership on future tech implications for industry verticals
- Manage technology incubation programs for disruptive innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future tech focus
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech trends into ROI
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud Quantum)
