Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify future-proof business models
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Author white papers and policy briefs on technology governance challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in exponential technology forecasting (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech policy landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
- Experience leading R&D initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
