Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year tech roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) for commercial viability and integration potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through data-driven research

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
