- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption impact and ROI for future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Experience scaling technical teams and fostering innovation cultures
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment valuation and ROI analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
