Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year horizon planning
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech integration, AGI frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patent-pending solutions in sustainable tech and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen talent in future technology labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-computer interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in technical Mandarin or Japanese preferred
