Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design human-centric frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital governance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
- Pioneer new methodologies for technology adoption and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling teams through hyper-growth phases
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on tech ethics and innovation
