Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech investments and market opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future-vision briefings to stakeholders and investor communities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (e.g., EU AI Act, US Quantum Initiative)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- MSc/MBA in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
