Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging tech solutions (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies 3-5 years ahead of market adoption
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech initiatives into business strategy and product roadmaps
- Represent company at global innovation forums and shape industry standards for emerging technologies
- Mentor talent in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or human augmentation technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining technology initiatives
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on technology policy and standards development
- Strong network within global innovation communities and academic research institutions
