Responsibilities

- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential

- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/bio-tech focus)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE Nature Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
