Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks with carbon-negative design principles
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Monitor tech disruption vectors through predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to commercial viability
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with decentralized systems and blockchain architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations or conceptual frameworks
