Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential technologies with 5-year impact assessment
- Partner with R&D to commercialize lab breakthroughs into scalable products
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record launching at least two future-tech products
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
