Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs post-2026
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with academic institutions and government bodies on tech policy
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
