Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026-optimized AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing protocols
- Architect secure, scalable infrastructure for decentralized autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 5G+ and IoT-integrated solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for ethical AI implementation and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with global engineering teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, blockchain consensus mechanisms, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum services and TensorFlow Quantum
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
