Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to 10M+ users
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
- Certification in sustainable technology frameworks (ISO 14004)
