Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, blockchain, and immersive tech
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through competitive analysis and research
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and experimental project incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
