Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future technologies (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Expertise in EU AI Act, GDPR, and ethical AI frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
