- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, futurists, and domain experts in prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2030 UN sustainability goals
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
