Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT integration solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Secure partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Drive innovation sprints to validate future-facing concepts
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies in R&D environments
