Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech implementation
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
