Responsibilities

- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for future technology landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical innovations into viable products
- Present technology forecasts and disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-era user experiences
- Author thought leadership on technological convergence trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published future-tech forecasts or patents
