Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating industry shifts post-2025
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech trends
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, quantum computing, and Web3
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate an experimental R&D culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic planning frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/JavaScript preferred)
