Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing implementation
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation grants
- Expertise in scenario planning for tech disruption
- Strong network with DARPA and NSF leadership
