- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscape
- Mentor technical teams on futuristic implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, fusion energy)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Tech Futures Institute)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
