Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct technology impact assessments and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
- Experience building innovation labs and managing R&D budgets >$10M
