Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural interface technologies
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to deploy future-proof solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation
- Analyze global tech policy trends to inform strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products valued at $100M+
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or bio-integrated tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT/Stanford/Wharton
