- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE 2026 Tech Roadmap)
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
