Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to develop patent-pending solutions for emerging markets
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for funding approval
- Mentor a team of 8-12 technologists specializing in next-generation technologies
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for ethical, security, and sustainability implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry recognition
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from VCs, government grants, or corporate ventures
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
