Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech solutions into existing ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ tech commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience building innovation pipelines with 3+ successful launches
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Proficiency in innovation management platforms like Planview or Aha!
