- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical leadership
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with federal tech policy (NIST, DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
