Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology vision and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal tech evangelism
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (articles, patents, or keynotes)
