Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists and engineers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, blockchain, AGI)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech and circular economy models
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese preferred
