Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or Futurology
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ exponential tech deployments
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interaction (2020-2025)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech ethics frameworks and UN SDG alignment
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of neurotech regulatory landscapes across 15+ jurisdictions
