- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $20M annual innovation portfolio with 15% annual ROI target
- Mentor junior strategists and publish thought leadership in Nature/IEEE journals
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years at director level
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from prototype to market
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/DOE)
- Deep network with DARPA/IARPA program managers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation
